Foret injured in World Supersport.
Yamaha Italia's Fabien Foret has been injured after losing control of his R6 after running wide at Graham Hill Bend, during today's Brands Hatch World Supersport round.
The Frenchman was on a charge - having advanced from sixth to third in two laps - and had been closing quickley on second placed Karl Muggeridge.
Unfortunately Foret then fell in the path of two oncoming fellow competitiors, who could do nothing to avoid him. Both riders managed to avoid running over his torso, but both hit his legs.

Foret was conscious but obviously in pain from his legs and was unable to move from where he lay (pictured). The former world champion is believed to have broken an ankle in several places and possibly damaged his femur and/or thigh bones.
The race was red flagged and restarted as a result.
