British MotoGP - Qualifying (1) Results

Smith fastest during a delayed Qualifying 1 session for the British MotoGP, held on a wet but fast-drying Silverstone track.

The top two riders now progress to the Q2 pole position shootout, where they will join the ten fastest riders after third practice.

Tito Rabat, hit by Morbidelli's bike in FP4, missed the session and is feared to have broken his leg.

The others will start, in the following order, from 13th on the grid onwards…
