Disappointed Legge still playing catch-up.

Turn four on the 2.795-mile Surfers Paradise street circuit proved to be the bugbear of PKV Racing's Katherine Legge on Saturday as the British Champ Car rookie and Crash.Net columnist struggled to find her rhythm.

Legge will start Sunday's Lexmark Indy 300 from 16th position on the grid after losing her best time in Saturday's final qualifying session when she brought out the red flags thanks to her second turn four mishap of the day.

Legge's qualifying escapades mirrored her turn four spin in morning practice and left her feeling frustrated about her chances in Sunday's race, especially after missing the majority of track time on Friday with engine issues.

"I think the thing that hurt the Bell Micro - PKV Racing team the most in qualifying was the lack of track time due to the engine problem we had yesterday," said Legge. "It's is my first time here at Surfers Paradise and this is a very tricky and challenging circuit. You really have to get it right to get the best time and I just didn't have enough time on the track to put a really good lap together.

"Obviously I am disappointed, but the Bell Micro - PKV Racing team will make some changes to the car tonight and I am confident we can have a good race tomorrow."
