No Turkish delight for Raikkonen this year.
Kimi Raikkonen is nursing a sore back after crashing into the tyre wall as a result of his involvement in a clash on the first corner of the Turkish Grand Prix.
Paying the price somewhat for starting down in seventh place, Raikkonen attempted to avoid the melee unfolding in front of him but was instead hit in the rear by Scott Speed, causing what seemed to be just a puncture, despite Raikkonen's claims over the radio that the rear-wing was damaged.

Coasting his rapidly disintegrating McLaren-Mercedes back to the pit lane, Raikkonen returned on track, albeit a lap down, only to spin off again at lap four, hitting the barrier and putting an end to a disappointing weekend for the 2005 winner.
It is the second race in a row that Raikkonen's race has ended with a hefty repair bill after his incident with the other Toro Rosso of Vitantonio Liuzzi in Hungary. Nonetheless, while Raikkonen was frustrated by his early exit, he was accepts there was little else he could do.
"It got very messy at the start," he said. "I tried to avoid a spinning Fisichella, but then Speed hit my left rear tyre causing a puncture. I drove for almost a whole lap with a damaged tyre in order to get back to the pits to see what could be done. The team changed my tyre, but I think the car must have incurred quite a lot of damage at this point.
"When I rejoined the race, I came into Turn 4, had no rear end grip, got sideways, ran out of road, hit the tyrewall and that was it. My back is a bit sore but nothing to worry about. I'm obviously disappointed that my race was over so quickly, but there was nothing we could do."
