Alonso pole in Canada.
Fernando Alonso produced another dominant performance in qualifying for the Canadian Grand Prix to secure his fifth straight pole position as Renault secured a lock-out of the front row in Montreal.
The Spaniard, eager to put the memories of the race last season in the past, was in a class of his own in each of the three sessions as he posted the fastest lap of the weekend to take pole, with team-mate Giancarlo Fisichella joining him on the front row right at the end of the session.
Kimi Raikkonen will start third, with Jarno Trulli fourth.
