The Spaniard, who was at the wheel of an F2005, enjoyed dry and sunny conditions, although windy conditions - particularly on Wednesday, somewhat unsettled the car and made things difficult.

He spent the time focusing on Bridgestone tyre development for the final three events of the season - in Brazil, Japan and China. His best lap was a 1 minute 18.861 seconds, set on the first day of the test on Tuesday. In total he completed around 260 laps - amounting to just under 1200 kilometres.
At Fiorano meanwhile Luca Badoer was in action on Thursday, carrying out the shakedown for the forthcoming Brazilian GP, which takes place at the Interlagos circuit next Sunday. The Italian completed a total of 8 laps - 4 on the short version of the track, with a best time of 1m 00.487s.
