Montoya back in GPDA after Silverstone meeting.
Juan Pablo Montoya is believed to have rejoined the Grand Prix Drivers' Association after a meeting at Silverstone on Friday afternoon.
Along with team-mate Kimi Raikkonen the Colombian has not been in the organisation for a while, but recent events have apparently galvanised him into wanting to be more involved. Kimi is still not officially a member. Drivers pay an annual fee of 1000 euros plus 100 euros for each point scored under the previous system.

Friday's meeting was apparently less heated than the last gathering at Magny-Cours, where the rest of the drivers turned on Michael Schumacher after he refused to support their views of what happened in Indianapolis. Schumacher appears to have been forgiven, and the organisation hopes to be more united in the future.
There was no sign of Max Mosley at the meeting, despite the drivers saying that the invitation was still open.
